The 15th Edition of Modern Real Estate Practice in Texas was published in November 2011. There have been no significant changes to the content of Appendix A since its publication.
FYI: The fee shown on the Application for Inactive Salesperson License form is currently listed as $153, which includes the application fee, $20 for the Real Estate Center, and $10 for the Real Estate Recovery Trust Account.
